The present invention relates to a CMOS high-power signal generator. The high-power signal generator according to the present invention comprises: a first core oscillation part including a pair of first negative resistance transistors and a first inductor; a second core oscillation part including a pair of second negative resistance transistors and a second inductor; a pair of first complementary transistors connected to the first core oscillation part; a pair of second complementary transistors connected to the second core oscillation part; and a parallel combining transformer including a primary first coil terminal, which is placed between the pair of first complementary transistors, a primary second coil terminal, which is placed between the pair of second complementary transistors, and a secondary coil terminal, combining the output of the first core oscillation part and the output of the second core oscillation part in parallel, and having an output terminal formed at one side of the secondary coil terminal. According to the present invention, output power can be increased by composing the output terminal of the signal generator using the structure of an RF negative resistance cross-coupled oscillator as a parallel combining transformer.
