The present invention relates to a leg unit, a frame having the leg unit, and variable positioning wear type glasses having the leg unit. The glasses comprises temples which are connected to the glasses rims and is hooked at the ears; and ring parts which are formed on the temples adjusting a wearing position of the glasses rims by changing the hooking part of the ears. Unlike an existing technology, a separate ring is further formed in the ring; thus the wearing position of the glasses being able to be changed. The glasses can be worn when the glasses are separated from the main part of a face to wash the face or make-up, or even when a user sees an object without the glasses due to short sight.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
