CONSTRUCTION OF CELLS EXPRESSING GENES OF DISEASES RELATED TO MITOCHONDRIAL PROTEIN UQCRB AND CONSTRUCTION OF EVALUATION METHOD ADJUSTING FUNCTIONS OF UQCRB USING SAME
The present invention relates to mitochondrial Ubiquinol-cytochrome c reductase binding protein (UQCRB) mutant cell strain expressing UQCRB mutant proteins. In the present invention, provided are an anticancer activity evaluation method, a vascularization inhibitory activity evaluation method, and a method for screening substances inhibiting activity of UQCRB as novel research methods of UQCRB activity evaluation using a novel mitochondrial UQCRB mutant cell strain. Particularly, the cell strain of the present invention is a novel cell strain having activity to induce cell proliferation and vascularization, and provides a method for screening substances inhibiting vascularization or anticancer substances through an inhibitory mechanism on UQCRB activity, thereby being useful to apply for developing medicine for vascularization, mitochondria-mediated diseases, and various cancers.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
