The present invention relates to a mobile convenience store vehicle capable of extending a display space, and more specifically, to a mobile convenience store vehicle capable of extending a display space which installs an extension stand which can extend a floor of a conventional vehicle loading space by folding the extension stand upwards or unfold the extension stand to resolve a limitation of a small space of the vehicle loading space, installs a movable display stand to be slid on the floor to secure a space for displaying various types and a large number of products, allows a foldable safety handrail, a foldable support, and a foldable ladder disposed on the extension stand to be folded and unfolded to optimize a structure when a vehicle moves and stops, allows a user to comfortably use the mobile convenience store vehicle using a foldable sunshade, and drives a foldable advertisement board using a foldable photovoltaic module to generate sufficient energy for the mobile convenience store vehicle. The mobile convenience store vehicle capable of extending a display space comprises: an extension stand which opens and closes any one of both sides of a loading space in a vehicle having the loading space behind a driver seat, is unfolded onto a plane coinciding with a floor of the loading space when opened, and comprises a foldable safety handrail rotatably disposed on at least one among edges except an edge connected to the floor of the loading space; a front wall disposed between the loading space and the driver seat to cover a front of the loading space; a rear wall which covers a rear of the loading space, and is arranged to face the front wall; and a foldable sunshade which is mounted on an upper end of the front wall and the rear wall, and can be wound and unwound.
