The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing medical embedding ropes using bioabsorbable shape-memory polymer material, an apparatus for manufacturing the same, and the product manufactured thereby. The manufacturing method includes the following steps: melting a bioabsorbable polymer material capable of memorizing a shape, and spinning the molten bioabsorbable polymer material in the shape of a spinneret (101a) formed on a nozzle head (101) by using a spinning device (10) to form embedding ropes (A); after the forming step, forcibly pulling and spreading into a straight line, by using rollers (30), the embedding rope (A) in which a helical shape is memorized by using a shape memory means (20); and winding, by use of a winding means (40), the embedding rope (A) that was spread into a straight line. To perform the manufacturing method, the manufacturing apparatus includes: the spinning device (10) for melting a bioabsorbable polymer material capable of memorizing a shape and spinning the me a cooling means (20) for cooling the embedding ropes (A); the rollers (30) for spreading the embedding ropes (A) into a straight line; and the winding means (40) for winding the embedding rope (A). Therefore, it is possible to prepare the embedding ropes (A) which is easily embedded into skin tissue (S); has an excellent binding ability with skin tissue (S) after embedded into skin tissue (S) because the shape is recovered by the shape memory function; and exhibits a more enhanced skin tissue lifting effect.
