The present invention relates to a non-contact heartbeat measurement device using the camera of a mobile device and to a non-contact heartbeat measurement method using the same. More specifically, the non-contact heartbeat measurement device including a mobile device (100) comprises: a camera (130) for obtaining the image (131) of the face of a user; and a control part (110) for calculating a change in microcirculation generated in the face of the user from the image of the face, extracting feature points representing the change in microcirculation, and calculating the heartbeat of the user based on the extracted feature points. According to the non-contact heartbeat measurement device using the camera of a mobile device and the non-contact heartbeat measurement method using the same, which are proposed by the present invention, heartbeat can be measured precisely without the inconvenience of attaching a separate electrode to a user by obtaining the image of the face of the user using the camera of a mobile device, calculating a change in microcirculation generated in the face of the user from the obtained image of the face, extracting feature points representing the change in microcirculation, and calculating the heartbeat of the user.
