The present invention relates to a D2D system based on LTE-Advanced and a resources allocation method using the same. For the resources allocation method of the D2D system based on LTE-Advanced, the D2D system comprises at least one cellular terminal, at least one D2D terminal, and at least one resources allocating device, located in a coverage of a base station. The resource allocating device performs the following operations of: searching at least one D2D terminal or cellular terminal in a detecting area of the resources allocating device and receiving information on resources used in the searched terminal or information on a counterpart terminal communicating with the searched terminal; transmitting the resources information or the counterpart terminal information to a base station and requiring resources to be used to the base station; and reallocating resources allocated from the base station to the D2D terminal in the detecting area of the resources allocating device. According to the present invention, the resources allocating device selects the optimal CUE in a fixed location on the basis of the resources information of a collected searching area and shares the resources with DUE, thereby SINR performance is more stable than a distance-constrained resource-sharing criterion (DRC) technique.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
