PRECAST PIERS AND PRECAST CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING THE SAME PIERS

The present invention relates to precast piers and a precast pier construction method using the same, and more specifically, to the precast piers and the precast pier construction method using the same which increase prestress at a joint part between a pier segment and a basic plate by forming a hollow on the lower plane of the lowermost part. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the precast piers include: a foundation part installed and fixed onto the ground; a pillar part including a plurality of pier segments stacked on the foundation part; and a coping part arranged on an upper part of the pillar part. The lowermost segment of the plurality of pier segments is provided as a hollow segment where a partial hollow recessed in a predetermined length from the center of the lower plane is formed in order for an area coming in contact with the foundation part on the lower plane to become smaller than a full section to increase the prestress.
