The present invention relates to a web-based failure error management fuel cell system enabling a prompt and correct measure when a failure or an error occurs during an operation, and a failure error management method using the same. According to the present invention, in the failure error management method of a fuel cell system, the fuel cell system includes: a fuel cell apparatus including a fuel cell stack outputting power, a control unit controlling operation of the fuel cell stack, and a device web server storing error codes generated during the operation and providing generation of the error codes to a client terminal connected to a central management server; the central management server connected to the fuel cell apparatus through wired network; and the client terminal connected to the central management server. The device web server receives a private IP assigned from the central management server and provides a webpage for displaying and recording information about the error codes to the client terminal connected to the IP through the central management server.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
