The present invention relates to rice wine exhibiting antivirus activity on hepatitis B virus and, more particularly, to rice wine comprising Bifidobacterium adolescentis SPM0212 exhibiting antivirus activity on hepatitis B virus. According to the present invention, the rice wine comprising Bifidobacterium adolescentis SPM0212 exhibiting antivirus activity on hepatitis B virus contains Bifidobacterium adolescentis SPM0212 which maintains high degree of antivirus activity, thereby exhibiting an effect of preventing hepatitis B with a function as a favorite food.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
