The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a highly electro-conductive high-strength PAN-based carbon fiber including: a first step of forming a copolymer composition by acrylonitrile and vinylimidazole comonomer polymerization; a second step of forming a crushed material by crushing of the copolymer composition; a third step of forming a mixture by mixing the crushed material with a non-surface-treated carbon nano tube (or graphene); a fourth step of forming a melt by melting of the mixture; a fifth step of forming a fiber by extrusion and drawing of the melt using a spinning nozzle; and a sixth step of forming a graphite structure around the non-surface-treated carbon nano tube (or graphene) by performing an oxidation treatment on the fiber and performing carbonization on the fiber at a low temperature (1,000 to 2,000°C).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
