The present invention relates to a root brushing machine for one-clove seed garlic, and the purpose of the present invention is to efficiently remove roots of one-clove garlic to seed the garlic using a garlic seeding machine. In the present invention, a movable frame is coupled at the front and rear sides of a main body of the root brushing machine via support shafts so as to control the slope of a root brushing drum installed on the main body of the root brushing machine, and the root brushing drum is installed on the movable frame. According to the present invention, the roots of the one-clove garlic can be efficiently removed by easily controlling the operation of raising an opening and closing door of the root brushing drum when the one-clove garlic is fed into the root brushing drum, and lowering the opening and closing door of the root brushing drum when the one-clove garlic contained in the root brushing drum is discharged.
