The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for anti-aging and, more specifically, to a cosmetic composition for anti-aging, containing a precursor of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD) as an active ingredient. The cosmetic composition for anti-aging comprising the NAD precursor has no side effect hampering intracellular NAD homeostasis by not directly including the NAD and has a significantly excellent anti-aging effect by promoting mitochondria activity and reducing ROS production through inducing NAD generation of a suitable amount in the cell.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
