The present invention relates to a floating type scum removing device and a dissolved air flotation type water treating device including the same and, more particularly, to a floating type scum removing device for collecting and transferring scum floating in a water surface of a floating bath of a water treatment tank and, more particularly, of a dissolved air flotation type water treating device without separate power as being interlocked with a water level, and a dissolved air flotation type water treating device including the same. The present invention has effects of being applied to a floating type water treating device in which a water level is changed and, more particularly, to a dissolved air flotation type (DAF) water treating device for seawater desalination installed to allow sea water to naturally flow in as being interlocked with a water level of a sea surface and being interlocked with a changed water level to effectively collect floating scum and to transfer and and discharge the scum collected as a powerless natural falling method, not requiring a separate seawater inlet pump, reducing a land of facilities, allowing the entire facility to be underground so as to reduce operational costs, being easily maintained, and reducing the entire facility construction and civil engineering costs.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
