The present invention relates to a method of providing an exercise and health management service. A service, which receives body, health, and exercise information of a user online and offline and manages the received information, maximizes an exercise effect of a customer by matching the customer with a professional trainer, who is close to the customer in distance and has a professional field proper for an exercise target of the customer and recommending the trainer to the customer. A desire for managing health of the customer is satisfied by sharing and communicating information proper for the exercise target between the customer and the trainer. Also, a health care system according to the present invention manages health and recommends a trainer for a customer by using an exercise record and food intake information inputted by the customer, professional field information inputted by the trainer, and GPS position information of the customer and the trainer. The customer installs a customer application, which is a client program, in a customer′s terminal, executes the installed application, and inputs the customer′s personal body information and an exercise target on the customer application. The trainer installs a trainer application, which is a client program, in a trainer′s terminal, and inputs the trainer′s profile on the installed application. The customer application and the trainer application convert positions of the customer and the trainer to GPS coordinate values, respectively, and transmit the GPS coordinate values to a server. The server compares the GPS coordinate values of the customer and the trainer with each other and compares the professional field of the trainer with the exercise target of the customer to match the customer with a trainer having a professional field which is most proper for the exercise target of the customer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
