The present invention relates to: a fibronectin fusion protein showing cell adhesion activity and osteogenic differentiation promoting activity, in which a self-assembly sequence is bound to domain 10 of fibronectin type 3; a polynucleotide coding the fusion protein; a vector including the polynucleotide for expressing the fusion protein; a transformant into which the vector is introduced to, thereby producing the fusion protein, a method for producing the fusion protein by using the transformant; a method for adhering cells by using the fusion protein; a pharmaceutical composition including the fusion protein for preventing or treating bone diseases; and a pharmaceutical composition including the fusion protein for regenerating bones or teeth. It has been confirmed that, by including a self-assembly sequence and domain 10 of fibronectin type 3, the fusion protein of the present invention further activates various cell activities such as cell binding, cell proliferation, and osteogenic differentiation compared to the fibronectin protein, and thus the fusion protein is widely used in the regeneration of damaged bones or teeth as well as the prevention or treatment of bone diseases.
