The present invention relates to a system for dealing with consumer complaints for small and medium sized companies, the system capable of effectively managing consumer complaints, reducing the managing cost of dealing with the consumer complaints, and helping companies take appropriate measures for consumers having malicious intentions while helping to compensate consumers for damages, thereby enhancing the brand image of a company. The present invention comprises: a member terminal for receiving complaints from consumers who purchased a product or a service of a small business and for inputting information to deal with the consumer complaints; a professional terminal for inputting comments of professionals on the filed complaints; and a server control unit, connected to a web browser dealing with inputs from the member terminal and professional terminal, to control the complaints overall. Additionally, the present invention categorizes the consumer complaints and establishes a database on consumer complaints for subscribers to manage the complaints. Also, the present invention establishes a database on counselling to provide answers to questions over legal standards and solutions for consumer complaints. Additionally, the present invention includes a complaint dealing with server for providing professional information to receive help from professionals and for limiting the range of use over the established database depending on permissions to access.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
