The present invention relates to a low impact development (LID) hydraulic cycle and efficiency verification system of a wet and dry pond, comprising: an LID structure to manage a runoff generated from an ecological water reservoir; and a monitoring unit to monitor the runoff passed through the LID structure and the runoff generated from the ecological water reservoir. According to the present invention, monitoring takes place respectively on a runoff inflow part of the ecological water reservoir and a discharge point to a rainwater conduit; and the runoff generated from a green area among the ecological water reservoir is received through a gravel ditch and a trench, and a permeable block is used to receive the runoff. Various LID structures can be verified by substituting the gravel ditch, the trench and the permeable block, etc., to verify and manage the rainwater runoff more accurately and efficiently for LID technology. Moreover, the runoff respectively monitored on the inflow part and the discharge point can be used as the water to manage the ecological water reservoir, and an artificial water cycle system is constructed by a water supply system from a wet pond to a dry pond. The system is designed to be capable of receiving additional water and to discharge the rainwater runoff to the rainwater conduit after verification when necessary; improving maintenance and efficiency of the LID technology for the ecological water reservoir.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
