The present invention relates to a method to manufacture a cooling block for a hot stamping mold using a three-dimensional metal printer. More specifically, the method to manufacture the cooling block for the hot stamping mold using the three-dimensional metal printer comprises: a first step of forming a plurality of semicircular channels on an upper surface of a lower block which are flow passages through which a fluid passes; and a second step of forming an upper block to form channels on an upper portion of the upper block along the semicircular channels formed on the lower block using a three-dimensional metal printer. The method to manufacture the cooling block for the hot stamping mold using the three-dimensional metal printer manufactures a cooling block using an inexpensive material, and then three-dimensionally stacks an expensive material only on a portion where a lower mold and an upper mold come in contact with each other to reduce material costs; and maximizes a cooling performance to improve economic efficiency and work efficiency.
