The present invention relates to a method for producing discarded phosphorescent fluorescent body nanopowder and a method for producing fluorescent pottery using the pottery produced thereby. According to the present invention, the method prevents reduction in phosphorescent properties with a simple process by using low-priced raw materials. In addition, the method of the present invention enables the production of SrAl_2O_4:Eu^(2+),Dy^(3+) fluorescent body nanopowder in a short amount of time.
