The present invention relates to a color purity enhancing and brightness correcting film for a liquid crystal display device capable of enhancing color purity and correcting brightness of a liquid crystal display device, and a liquid crystal display device comprising the same. According to the present invention, a combination of an absorption dye for absorbing a specific wavelength band and a fluorescent dye for absorbing a specific wavelength band to emit light is introduced into an adhesive layer or a coating layer of the liquid crystal display device, thereby providing the liquid crystal display device having enhanced color gamut and color purity by blocking unnecessary wavelengths except for RGB wavelengths.
