An apparatus for supplying power to a high-power load like a ballast water treatment system of a ship in service and a new ship may comprise: a first power panel supplied with first power from a first generator; a second power panel supplied with second power from a second generator; a synchro panel controlling operation of the first generator and the second generator; a power supply panel supplying the first power to a load by being supplied with the first power from the first power panel; and a bus-tie panel controlling the supply of the second power supplied from the second power panel in accordance with a sailing operation mode and a ballast water treatment mode. According to the present invention, provided is the apparatus for supplying power to a high-power load like a ballast water treatment system of a ship in service and a new ship, which can supply and control electricity proportional to a capacity of a ballast water treatment device.
