The present invention relates to exerciser equipment using a revolving chair, which not only enables the chair to be easily installed and dismantled irrespective of the type of the chair, but also is capable of simply relieving fatigue accumulated when a user sits on the chair for a long time by combining the exercise equipment with the revolving chair such that the exercise equipment having a pair of pedals to which an elastic force of a spring is applied is capable of being attached to or detached from a revolving chair used universally at an office or home, thereby enabling the user to exercise his or her lower body in a state that a user sits on the chair. Exercise equipment using a revolving chair according to the present invention includes a frame including fasteners installed on rails to fasten the rails by the fasteners in such a way that a pair of parallel rails are respectively bound to both sides of the leg centering around any one of a plurality of legs branched from the bottom of a central axis of the revolving chair, a slider including a pair of guiders which are slid to the respective rails, and an operating member including a lever which is hinged to the slider by means of an elastic spring, and which the elastic force of the spring to be offset by a force applied through the pedals.
