The present invention relates to a lower body exercise apparatus for a swivel chair, in which an exercise mechanism having a pressurizing lever for reinforcing muscular strength of a leg is installed to be coupled and separated with a simple operation at a support column of the swivel chair which is widely used for business use, such that the pressurizing lever is arranged to be divided on both sides in a range of a shoulder width, so that lower body exercise suitable for a user is performed while maintaining stable balance, and the exercise mechanism is easily stored after use, thereby functioning as the swivel chair. The lower body exercise apparatus for the swivel chair includes: a pair of frames having a chute slidably engaged with a slider so as to protrude forward, connected to a rib while being divided into both sides in parallel in a range of a shoulder width, and having a bracket having a hemispherical groove connected by a pin shaft so as to be coupled to a support column of the swivel chair and an auxiliary bracket corresponding to the bracket; a pressurizing lever installed at a front end of the slider so as to rotate around the pin shaft for applying an elastic force of an elastic spring at a certain period of time; a support base installed at a lower portion of the pressurizing lever so as to be folded and unfolded about the pin shaft, to make contact with the ground where the slider is withdrawn so as to be stably supported; and a pedal formed at an upper end region of the pressurizing lever with a plurality of coupling holes having different distances from the pin shaft, and detachably installed by a bolt shaft so as to apply leg force in a state that the pressurizing lever is standing on one of the coupling holes.
