The present invention relates to a lower body exercise apparatus, for a swivel chair, allowing an exercise device having pressing levers for strengthening leg muscles to be coupled to or removably provided, by a simple operation, at a supporting column of the swivel chair used widely for work, wherein the pressing levers are arranged so as to divide the same to both sides thereof within a shoulder width range, thereby enabling a lower body exercise suitable for a user to be performed in a state in which balance is stably maintained, and storage is facilitated after the exercise device is used, thereby enabling the swivel chair to function.
