The present invention relates to a scan body for manufacturing an upper dental prosthesis of an implant. The scan body according to the present invention includes a pillar, a head part which is installed on the top of the pillar part and extracts three-dimensional scan data in the mouth, and an insertion part which is installed on the bottom of the pillar part and is fixed to the fixture in a state that the insertion part is inserted into a fixture, wherein the insertion part is formed in a cylindrical shape such that an inserting direction of the scan body is not specified, and a stopper for setting an inserting depth of the scan body is formed on a boundary between the pillar part and the insertion part. Accordingly, a three-dimensional scan data extracting scan body for manufacturing an upper dental prosthesis of an implant is capable of improving reproducibility of the dental prosthesis by extracting accurate three-dimensional scan data in the mouth and enabling manufacture of the dental prosthesis using CAD and CAM equipment even when operating the implant using a non-hexa type implant structure in which a fixture and an abutment are assembled by a wedge process.
