The present invention relates to a primer set for determining Hwanggeumnodeul and Boramchan which are domestic rice plants or a variety of rice by using a single nucleotide polymorphism marker. The present invention further relates to a method for determining the variety via an allele specific-polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method by using the primer set, and to a kit which is used for determining the variety and includes the primer set.
