METHOD OF MASS-CLUTURING VERTICILLIUM LECANII STRAIN AGAINST COTTON APHID

摘要

The present invention relates to a method for mass culturing Vericillium lecanii strains of aphid-pathogenic fungus. More specifically, Vericillium lecanii CS625 using brown rice as a substrate of a solid medium is confirmed to significantly exhibit excellent yields of spores during cultivation at temperature of 25-27.5C with an one-phase method, wherein the condition is confirmed to be the optimal culture condition for using the Vericillium lecanii strains in an industrial manner.
