The present invention relates to a crowd funding system in connection with a fan community. The crowd funding system comprises: a plan registering module (110) configured to receive event information from a planner device (300) to register an event plan; a plan posting module (120) configured to post the registered event plan; a plan verifying module (130) configured to verify whether accumulated cyber money is equal to or larger than preset money; and a funding registering module (140) configured to convert and register the event plan into crowd funding if the verification is completed. Therefore, the crowd funding system can increase a funding success rate.
