The present invention relates to a transparent heat blocking coating liquid composition, a method for producing the same, a transparent heat blocking film produced by using the composition, and transparent heat blocking glass. The transparent heat blocking coating liquid composition comprises: a first heat blocking material including a tungsten bronze compound having a diameter of 1-200 nm and an aspect ratio of 10-2,000; a second heat blocking material including V_2O_5 having an average particle size of 1-200 nm; 20-800 parts by weight of a binder on the basis of the total content of the first heat blocking material and the second heat blocking material; and 100-1,000 parts by weight of a solvent on the basis of the total content of the first heat blocking material and the second heat blocking material. According to the present invention, a heat blocking coating liquid composition having excellent mechanical properties such as hardness may be obtained. Moreover, a wide-range near-infrared ray blocking rate is excellent, and a visible ray penetrating rate is excellent. Also, light resistance and heat resistance of a coating film are excellent.
