The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising mixed herbal extract for preventing or treating pancreatic cancer. More particularly, the present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising mixed extract of Meliae fructus, Cinnamomum cassia Presl and Sparganii Rhizoma for preventing or treating pancreatic cancer. The composition comprises mixed extract of Meliae fructus, Cinnamomum cassia Presl and Sparganii Rhizoma as an active ingredient, and the mixed extract induces apoptosis of pancreatic cancer cells, inhibits expression of multi-drug resistance-related genes and self renewal- and pluripotency-related genes and suppresses migration activity, and thus can be useful as an active ingredient for a composition for preventing, improving or treating pancreatic cancer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
