The present invention relates to a welding management system and a method for welding management. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the management system and the method for the welding management capable of integrally managing a welding work. The present invention provides a system for the welding comprising: a management server to store a setting value of a welding parameter which defines a welding condition according to the position of a welding target; and a welding device to perform welding on the welding target according to the setting value, to record a measurement value for the measured welding parameter in the welding, to record a position coordinate of the position wherein a welding defect exists if the welding defect is sensed in the welding, and to transmit the measurement value and the position coordinate wherein the welding defect exists to the management server, and a method according to the system for the welding.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
