The purpose of the present invention is to provide a facility control device to randomly connect and form different facilities or equipment to one facility control device or to correct a device interface file stored in the facility control device, a building automation system including the same, and a facility control method. The facility control device comprises: one or more input and output modules connected to a facility or equipment; and a control unit to control the facility or the equipment through the input and output modules. The control unit converts a primitive program into an object program which is executable by the control unit, stores the converted program in a storage unit, and performs communications with the facility or the equipment by using the object program stored in the storage unit. The primitive program includes a network variable corresponding to at least on state information regarding the facility or the equipment or at least one control command.
