According to the present invention, provided is a manufacturing method of a nonflammable insulating sandwich panel which has maximized nonflammability and insulating ability. The manufacturing method of the nonflammable insulating sandwich panel manufactures a sandwich panel by using nonflammable insulating expanded polystyrene. The nonflammable insulating expanded polystyrene is manufactured by: mixing 5-15 parts by volume of an inorganic powder-mixed solution and 85-95 parts by volume of Styrofoam beads to obtain a mixture; and expanding the mixture in a mold, wherein the inorganic powder-mixed solution is manufactured by: mixing carbon powder and silica in the same weight ratio, melting a mixture of the carbon powder and the silica at 1,300-2,000°C, and performing cooling and pulverization processes to manufacture inorganic powder; and mixing 10-25 wt% of the inorganic powder and 75-90 wt% of a separate mixed solution. The separate mixed solution is manufactured by: mixing 100 parts by weight of water, 11-19 parts by weight of nitric acid, and 3-7 parts by weight of magnesium to manufacture a base solution (a); mixing 100 parts by weight of water, 4-21 parts by weight of sodium oxide which is an exothermic agent, 45-56 parts by weight of silica, and 0.3-0.9 parts by weight of polyoxyalkyl ether which is a dispersing agent to manufacture a first mixed solution (b); and adding 4-9 parts by weight of the base solution (a) and 1.6-5.2 parts by weight of magnesium carbonate which is an insulation material to the first mixed solution (b), and performing a mixing process to manufacture a second mixed solution (c).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
