The present invention relates to an apparatus for remotely synthesizing a radiopharmaceutical product of I-123 FP-CIT and, more particularly, to an apparatus for remotely synthesizing a radiopharmaceutical product of I-123 FP-CIT, which includes: a pharmaceutical product supply unit for supplying a pharmaceutical product; a reaction chamber in which the pharmaceutical product supplied from the pharmaceutical product supply unit is reacted; a column through which products generated by reacting the pharmaceutical product pass and which filters impurities from the products; a washing liquid supply unit for supplying washing liquid which passes through the column to wash the products; a collection unit in which objects are collected from the products; a pickup unit in which the impurities are picked up; and a connection line having a predetermined pipe structure, wherein the connection line includes: a pharmaceutical product injection line for connecting the pharmaceutical product supply unit and the reaction chamber to each other; a product discharge line for connecting the reaction chamber and the column to each other; a washing liquid injection line for connecting the washing liquid supply unit and the column to each other; a collection line for connecting the column and the collection unit to each other; and a pickup line for connecting the column and the pickup unit to each other. The apparatus according to the present invention has a plurality of pharmaceutical product filled bowls and a plurality of washing liquid filled bowls, thereby easily preparing pharmaceutical products and washing impurities.
