The present invention relates to an NFC payment system and a method thereof. The present invention separates transaction information including information about ordered products and the price from payment information including information about card numbers, CVC, and the pin number. Meanwhile, the transaction information is provided for a server of a financial corporation via a telecommunications service server, an agency server and a relaying server, the payment information is directly transmitted to the server of the financial corporation via the telecommunications service server and relaying server directly dealing with payment, not through the agency server.
