The present invention relates to a pipe groove processing method of a hot water mat and a pipe groove processing device used thereto. The pipe groove processing method of a hot water mat comprises: a dual felt preparing step (101) of positioning a dual felt (1) in a work position in a processing device (101a); a primary heat processing step (102) of forming a pipe outlet (11′) by inserting a heating wire (14) into the dual felt (1); a secondary heat processing step (103) of forming circular pipe grooves (11) on the outer side of the heating wire (14) in a uniform size; and a heating wire returning step (104) of lifting a lifting plate (12) of the processing device to the original position thereof.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
