摘要

The present invention relates to a specific epitope of a hepatitis B virus surface antigen and a hepatitis B virus neutralization binding molecule coupled with same. The epitope provided according to the present invention has a three-dimensional structure and does not include an a crystallizer for producing an evasion mutation with respect to administration of a conventional vaccine or HBIg, so a composition including an antibody coupled therewith or a vaccine composition including the epitope has a very low possibility that an effect is decreased by an evasion mutation. Accordingly, such an antibody or vaccine composition may be very useful in preventing and/or treating HBV.
