Provided are a manufacturing method of reduced graphene oxide, reduced graphene oxide manufactured according to the manufacturing method of reduced graphene oxide, a manufacturing method of a barrier film using the reduced graphene oxide, and a barrier film manufactured according to the manufacturing method of a barrier film. More particularly, the manufacturing method of reduced graphene oxide comprises the steps of: dispersing graphene oxide in a polar solvent; preparing a mixture solution by adding an organic solvent to the polar solvent; reducing the graphene oxide by adding a reducing agent to the mixture solution; and removing the polar solvent and the remaining reducing agent by applying a solvent exchange method after the reduction step. The manufacturing method is proper for manufacturing a large quantity of reduced graphene oxide having excellent dispersibility. The barrier film has enhanced barrier properties against moisture and gas.
