The present invention provides a drill guide for surgery which is capable of adjusting an angle of a coupling neck between a beat guide and a handle. According to the present invention, a drill guide for surgery includes: a bit guide making contact with a through-hole of a cervical plate placed a corresponding portion of vertebrae, wherein the bit guide guides a drill bit such that an end of the drill bit which is exposed through a lower side after being inserted through an inner hollow from an upper side makes contact with the corresponding portion of the vertebrae while being passing through the hollow; a neck extended from the bit guide and bent at a predetermined angle form the bit guide; a handle installed to an end of the neck to allow the bit guide to stably guide the drill bit while being handed by an operator or an operation assistant; and an angle control unit formed on the neck to allow the bit guide and the handle to be rotated at a predetermined angle.
