The present invention relates to an immune activation inducer including human cathelicidin LL-37 which is capable of activating mucosal immune system by activating follicular dendritic cell (FDC). The present invention further relates to an oral vaccine containing the same, and to a method for inducing immune activation using the same. Used in the immune activation inducer of the present invention is human cathelicidin LL-37 peptide or a recombinant protein containing the LL-37 peptide, leading to the activation of follicular dendritic cell and further inducing activation of an acquired immune system. The immune activation inducer of the present invention can be used in an oral vaccine, allergy treatment, and mucosal disease treatment since the inducer activates the acquired immune system. In addition, the use of the immune activation inducing method enables effective induction of immune activation for the target object.
