The present invention relates to a quantum dot-polymer complex and a manufacturing method thereof. The quantum dot-polymer complex comprises: a first phase made of a matrix resin; a spherical second phase distributed and dispersed in the first phase, including quantum dot inside spheres; and a third phase formed between the first phase and the second phase along the surface of the second phase.
