The present invention relates to an LED lighting apparatus for inducing and promoting the flowering of long-day plants. The LED lighting apparatus comprises: an apparatus body; and a light source unit provided in the apparatus body and having blue, red, and far-red LEDs, wherein the blue LED has a wavelength range of 420-480 nm, the red LED has a wavelength range of 620-690 nm, and the far-red LED has a wavelength range of 700-750 nm. A light output ratio of the blue LED, the red LED, and the far-red LED is in the range of 1:0.7-6:0.5-18. Therefore, the present invention can induce the flowering of long-day plants in a short-day period, promote the flowering even in a long-day period, minimize the power consumption due to the use of LEDs as light sources, and extend the lifetime of the light source, thereby minimizing the economical burden due to the use.
