The present invention provides a conductive driving roller for a power transmission line inspection robot moving along a power transmission line and inspecting the state of the power transmission line, capable of performing equipotential bonding without any earth line. The driving roller comprises: a roller body made of an insulation material and held on a power transmission line; and a conductive ring made of a conductive material. The roller body has a power transmission line receiving groove concavely formed along the circumferential direction of the roller body to receive the power transmission line and the cross section of the conductive ring is exposed to the outside of the power transmission line receiving groove to make the conductive ring come in contact with the power transmission line received in the power transmission line receiving groove. The power transmission line inspection robot comprises the conductive driving roller, and a frame combined with the conductive driving roller and made of the conductive material. The conductive ring is electrically connected to the frame.
