According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a manufacturing method of a tablet-type organic fertilizer containing amino acid extracted from starfish. The manufacturing method comprises: a first step of obtaining an amino acid solution by pulverizing starfish and inoculating a fermentation strain to the resultant product; a second step of forming a mixture by mixing a byproduct of a vegetable-based expeller cake with compost; a third step of mixing the amino acid solution with the resultant product; a fourth step of manufacturing a half-finished product through a granular molding device; a fifth step of drying the half-finished product and separating a powder or a liquid; and a sixth step of producing compost of a finished product. The manufacturing method of a tablet-type organic fertilizer enhances effective value of recycling resources at the level of a natural virtuous circle, and provides efficiency to ecosystem protection for sustained development, recovery of contaminated soil, and growth duration of crops in general.
