The present invention relates to a folding portion of an inner sole and toes. A portion of the inner sole, which is in contact with the heel, is lowered to allow the body weight of a user to face backwards, and as a result, the force is necessarily applied to the heel, sole, and toes in order, at the time of walking, thereby making many exercise effects through merely walking. In addition, a groove is formed in a portion of the inner sole, which is in contact with a big toe and a joint supporting the big toe, so the body weight and the impact force are uniformly distributed on the sole at the time of walking, thereby reducing the feeling of fatigue of the foot. A portion of the upside of the shoe, at which the toes are folded, is formed of a mash cloth or urethane, a thick stuff is used to form creases, and a horizontal groove is formed in a portion of the shoe sole, which is formed of a highly elastic material, such as silicone or urethane and is in contact with toes, and as a result, the toes freely move up and down, all the muscles of the foot, ankle, and calf are moved, thereby giving much help in muscular strengthening and smoothening blood circulation, thus making the same effect of walking barefoot on the sandy beach.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
