The purpose of the present invention is to manufacture soybean paste with Lycium chinense Miller which is beneficial for the human body by adding effects of the fruit, leaf, and root of Lycium chinense Miller to common soybean paste, and provide the manufactured soybean paste. A manufacturing method of soybean paste with Lycium chinense Miller comprises the following steps: (a) adding 1-5 parts by weight of Aspergillus oryzae which is a koji starter to a koji mold ingredient, and cultivating the Aspergillus oryzae to make koji mold; (b) mixing the fruit powder of Lycium chinense Miller and one or two ingredients among the leaf powder of Lycium chinense Miller and the root powder of Lycium chinense Miller to prepare mixed Lycium chinense Miller powder; (c) soaking washed soybean in water to fully macerate the soybean; (d) removing soybean hull from the soybean macerated in the step (c); (e) steaming the soybean hulled in the step (d); and (f) uniformly mixing the koji mold in the step (a), the mixed Lycium chinense Miller powder in the step (b), the steamed soybean in the step (e), and salt to obtain a mixture, and fully aging the mixture.
