The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a dehydration material for dehydration of high-water-content sludge such as sewage sludge and a dehydration material manufactured by the same and, more particularly, to a method for manufacturing a powdered high-water-content sludge dehydration material that can be stored and transported in a highly stable state and rapidly generates heat of neutralization when mixed with sludge and a dehydration material manufactured by the same. The high-water-content sludge dehydration material manufacturing method using heat of neutralization according to the present invention includes: 1) a step of forming a mixture by mixing 20 to 500 parts by weight of sulfuric acid having a concentration of 50 to 98 wt% with 100 parts by weight of neutral powder having a pH of 4.5 to 9.5; 2) a step of manufacturing strongly acidic powder having a pH of 1 to 4 by performing fine grinding on the mixture after drying the mixture; and 3) a step of mixing 50 to 1,000 parts by weight of strongly alkaline powder having a pH of 11 to 13 with 100 parts by weight of the strongly acidic powder.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
