The present invention relates to an ultrasonic wave surgery apparatus controlled by a single button which has an intuitive operation method, thereby preventing a user from being confused when using the apparatus, and to a method for controlling ultrasonic output using the same. The ultrasonic wave surgery apparatus comprises: a body which has an accommodation space inside thereof, and includes a grip unit enabling the user to grip, and an ultrasonic wave delivery unit extended forward to be able to approach to biological tissues; an ultrasonic vibration unit which has a vibration unit provided at the accommodation unit and generating vibration, and an end effector provided at a front end portion of the ultrasonic wave delivery unit and connected to the vibrator unit to receive vibration; a grasp unit including a grasp portion which is provided at a front end portion of the ultrasonic wave delivery unit, and formed to vary the distance with the end effector to grasp the biological tissues with the end effector, and an operation unit provided in the body to operate the grasp portion; an operation button which is provided in the body, and generates an input signal in accordance with the operation of the user; and a control unit which operates the vibrator unit with first vibration intensity when the input signal of the operation button is maintained after the input signal is generated once within a predetermined reference time, and operates the vibrator unit with the vibration intensity of n when the input signal of the operation button is maintained after the input signal is generated n times or more within the reference time.
