The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a display dial for a portable object such as a timepiece and a display dial obtained by the same. The method for manufacturing a transparent display dial (1) for a portable object includes: a step of generating a printing mold (20) having a first relief pattern for imprinting a decoration (6) on at least a first part on the surface (4) of the transparent display dial (1) and a second relief pattern for imprinting a reflection prevention filter (14) on a second part on the surface of the transparent display dial (1); a step of depositing a mixture layer (18) of a cross linking agent and monomer sensitive to radiation of ultraviolet rays, on the dial; a step of providing a printing mold (20) on the mixture layer (18) of the monomer and the cross linking agent; a step of solidifying the mixture layer (18) of the monomer and the cross linking agent by photopolymerization under the radiation of the ultraviolet rays by the printing mold (20); and a step of removing the printing mold (20) after the radiation. The present invention also relates to the transparent display dial (1) obtained by the method in the present invention.
